This channel training program was developed as a 30-minute video, an interactive CD-ROM, and a web site with streaming video. The program won numerous awards, including a Business Week Icon for innovative use of digital video. Provided writing, project management, information architecture and technical direction.

    Acted as Project Manager, Technical Director and Content Editor.

Strategic Sales Presentation
Worked collaboratively with two VPs to write and develop 3Com’s high-level strategic sales presentation. The downloadable sample is the voice over script written for a multimedia  version of the presentation.

Edited and updated old content; researched and wrote new content. Sourced additional relevant content, including white papers, case studies, news links, etc. Helped develop and refine the information architecture. Worked extensively with back-end CMS to develop and populate the site.
